Owen Davis
Founding Partner
Owen is a detail-oriented individual with substantial goals and the dedication to reach them. Emphasizing the need for refined systems and processes, he regularly analyzes investment opportunities with efficiency and accuracy for NHG and a selection of private clients. Owen began his real estate career working with Subtext Development in St. Louis, MO later securing a position as Development Project Manager for Wilhoit Properties in Springfield, MO after completing his B.S. in Engineering Management at the Missouri University of Science & Technology. Outside of the office, Owen enjoys spending time with his family, traveling with his wife, Noelle, and hitting the gym.

Jeremy Long
Founding Partner
Jeremy has over four years of experience in leadership, team management, and driving operational efficiency—resulting in streamlined processes and improved productivity. He currently works as a Project Engineer on a civil site development team based in Springfield, MO. Previously, he owned and operated a small business that experienced rapid growth and earned high customer satisfaction, winning Rolla’s Small Business of the Year in its first year of operation. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Southwest Baptist University. Jeremy enjoys kayaking the Ozark rivers, traveling the Midwest and playing disc golf.

Zach Riggs
Partner
As a successful, full time real estate investor of 15+ years, Zach has gained a reputation in the Springfield, MO area for being dependable and trustworthy in all his dealings. As a firm believer in a no-nonsense approach to business, he has built a broad network of relationships with fellow investors, lenders, and brokers alike by consistently delivering on his word and going the extra mile to make sure any wrongs are made right. As a result, his portfolio has grown to include to over 400 apartment units and 5+ successful business ventures to date. Apart from business, Zach enjoys traveling the world with his wife Rachel, cheering his three sons on at any number of their sporting events including football, soccer, and basketball, and going to the gym with his buddies. Zach is also a licensed real estate agent with Keller Williams.
