Principal / Co-Founder

Owen has 5 years of experience in construction and real estate development. During his time in the development industry, Owen worked as a project management assistant and a development analyst focusing on market research, underwriting, and land acquisitions. While in these roles, the company built a portfolio consisting of 12 completed projects totaling 2,245 units valued at $920M, 5 under-construction projects totaling 1,011 units valued at $324M, and 17 pipeline projects totaling 3,920 units valued at $1.8B.

Jeremy Long

Principal / Co-Founder

Over the course of 3 years, Jeremy has experience in management, leading teams, and ensuring operational success resulting in streamlined processes and improved productivity. Jeremy currently owns and operates a small business with remarkable growth and customer satisfaction becoming one of the top businesses in his county market. Jeremy is currently working on a BS in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology and a BS in Physics from Southwest Baptist University.
